The VetSet2Go Stakeholder Perceptions Survey Report
The Stakeholder Perceptions Survey investigated the perceptions of recent graduate and employee veterinarians, vet and non-vet employers, allied staff, academics and policy makers on the topic of veterinary employability.
The survey ran for 8 weeks, from Monday 19th September until Sunday 13th November 2016, and achieved 1,519 respondents worldwide (1,094 of whom saw the survey through to completion).
The results from this survey have contributed towards the development of VetSet2Go’s Veterinary Employability Framework, Resource Cards, and the online Assessment of Veterinary Employability, to inform the teaching and assessment of veterinary students, and to help prepare them for the realities (and joys!) of the veterinary profession.
