The VetSet2Go project explored evidence on veterinary employability from multiple stakeholder perspectives and argued that employability expands the focus beyond servicing the needs of the public to better integrating and balancing the needs of all the stakeholders in veterinary education, including the graduates / employees themselves.
As a graduate / employee, a fundamental part of the employability process is about discovering yourself—your employability strengths and areas for development; your values, ideals and goals; your personal and professional identity. The VetSet2Go project has developed an online self-assessment tool and resources to assist you in this regard.
